She holds a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Science (BAMS) degree from Sri Sri Ayurveda College in Bengaluru, India. Shiksha is renowned for her proficiency in Ayurvedic Nadi Pariksha (Pulse Diagnosis), Panchakarma, and Ayurvedic Yoga Practice. She has conducted extensive research trials on various diseases and teaches Ayurvedic wellness programs, emphasizing its practical integration into daily life.
