Association (NAMA, United States) and has been a Speaker in the Annual NAMA conferences. She is having more than 12 years experience in Ayurvedic Clinical & Panchakarma Therapies along with western therapeutic modalities like Mayo-Facial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy.
She holds a degree in Bachelor of Ayurvedic Science (BAMS) degree from Sri Sri Ayurveda College, Bengaluru, India.
She is an expert in Ayurvedic Nadi Pariksha (Pulse Diagnosis), Panchakarma & Ayurvedic Yoga Practice.
Shiksha has conducted more than 20 Ayurvedic Research trials on various diseases like diabetes, digestive disorders, menstrual disorders, and skin infections. She has been teaching various Ayurvedic Wellness programs for many years focusing on spreading awareness of Ayurveda and its easy adaptation in day today life.
She is a Breathwork and Meditation Facilitator with the Art of Living Foundation.
An expert in Vedic Cooking and Yoga for Women Health, she also shares this knowledge in her Wellness Webinars and classes.
Before Moving to United States, Shiksha was serving as a Govt. Medical Officer in Chhattisgarh, India, where she worked closely with Rural Health Dept. for Health & Nutrition Plan for Rural Schools.
Apart from her Ayurvedic practices, she loves nature walks with her daughter, gardening, music and trying new recipes.
