Shiksha Thakur is a highly qualified professional in the field of holistic wellness, with expertise in Ayurvedic medicine, yoga, and therapeutic modalities.With over 12 years of experience, she specializes in Ayurvedic Clinical & Panchakarma Therapies, along with Western therapeutic modalities such as Mayo-Facial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, and Trigger Point Therapy. She holds a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Science (BAMS) degree from Sri Sri Ayurveda College in Bengaluru, India. Shiksha is renowned for her proficiency in Ayurvedic Nadi Pariksha (Pulse Diagnosis), Panchakarma, and Ayurvedic Yoga Practice. She has conducted extensive research trials on various diseases and teaches Ayurvedic wellness programs, emphasizing its practical integration into daily life. Shiksha is also a Breathwork and Meditation Facilitator with The Art Of Living and an expert in Vedic Cooking and Yoga for Women's Health. Her passion for nature, music, and exploring new recipes complements her dedication to Ayurvedic practices. Prior to her work in the United States, she served as a Government Medical Officer in Chhattisgarh, India, where she contributed to the Health & Nutrition Plan for Rural Schools in collaboration with the Rural Health Department.
