Shirodhara is one of the several stand-alone treatments that is powerful enough to detoxify the body and rejuvenate the mind. It originates from two words Shiro (Head) and Dhara (flow). It is a continuous pouring of warm oil in a slow steady stream on the forehead preceded by Shiro Abhyanga (Head Massage) that helps to pacify the subtle aspects of the imbalanced Doshas, nourishing the nervous system, promoting relaxation and tranquility, and improving mental clarity and improves the quality of sleep.
