Special nourishment of joints specially Knee or Spine where a well is prepared out of Black Gram Dough on the affected joints and medicate warm oil is poured on it and pooled for certain period of time. Benefits include strengthening of joints and ligaments, reduces backpain, relives stiffness and pain due to thoracic or lumbar hypokyphosis. This treatment also includes a massage to the affected area. Based on the joint affected, Basti can be done either or on all these joints - Katti Basti: For the lower back (Lumbosacral) Greeva Basti: For the neck (Cervical) Janu Basti: for the knees (Knee joints)
